What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency for actions in CampaignOS. Each email send costs 1 credit, push notifications cost 1 credit, and Telegram messages cost 2 credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can purchase top-up packs if you need more.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Unused credits roll over for 1 month.
Is CampaignOS really open source?
CampaignOS is open-source-inspired and product-first. The core platform is available for self-hosting, and we provide a managed cloud version with additional features and support.
How do scheduled and long-running tasks run?
CampaignOS has a built-in job queue. A scheduler runs every minute to continue waiting contacts, start scheduled campaigns and send bulk work in batches, so nothing depends on an external workflow tool.
What channels does CampaignOS support?
CampaignOS supports email, web push notifications, Telegram, on-site personalization (modals, banners, toasts), and outbound webhooks. SMS is available via integrations on Pro and Enterprise plans.
